What sits outside the gates
The whole site is much larger than the theme park. Some announced parts are outside the ticketed area:
- City Walk: an open-air boulevard with shops and themed restaurants. According to an August 2025 report, there will be two areas with 50 outlets each, before the ticket gates, open without a park ticket. See Dining at Cacau Park.
- Hotels: two resorts on the site, with about 1,300 rooms in total. Their position relative to the entrance has not been announced. See Where to stay.
- Parking: location, number of spaces and price have not been officially announced. See Cacau Park parking.
The site is reached from kilometer 84 of the Castello Branco highway (SP-280) in Itu, about 90–100 km (55–60 miles) from the city of São Paulo. The location map and distances are in Where is Cacau Park?.
