Destino Parque collects as little as possible: there are no accounts, and your e-mail is only kept if you ask for alerts. Audience statistics and personalized ads only run with your consent, which you can change at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Who is responsible
Destino Parque (destinoparque.com.br) is the controller of the data processed on this site. For any privacy matter, including exercising your rights, write to contato@destinoparque.com.br or use our Contact page.
What data we process
- Browsing (only with consent to Analytics): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city or country) and where the visit came from, collected by Google Analytics. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- Ads: Google may show ads. With consent to Marketing they may be personalized; without it, they are shown without advertising cookies. Direct partner banners are plain images and use no cookies.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records data such as IP address, date and time and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- E-mail alerts (only if you sign up): your e-mail address, the park and page where you signed up, the language and the consent text you accepted, with date and time.
- WhatsApp channel (only if you follow it): your data is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own policy. On WhatsApp channels, admins cannot see followers’ phone numbers.
- Messages: if you write to us, we use your e-mail address and message only to reply.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Your cookie choices: 12 months. After that we ask again.
- Alert sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Messages: as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and to access, correct, anonymize, block or delete it, to port it, to tell you who we share it with, and to withdraw your consent. Write to contato@destinoparque.com.br. You can also complain to Brazil’s data protection authority (ANPD) or, in the European Union, to your local supervisory authority.

When this policy changes, the update date at the top of the page changes too.
