What is Cacau Park?

Cacau Park is the theme park of Cacau Show, one of Brazil’s best-known chocolate brands, founded by Alexandre “Alê” Costa. The park was officially launched on December 2, 2024, and construction began in January 2025.

The company has announced an investment of about R$2 billion (Brazilian reais), around 70 attractions across five themed areas, capacity for up to 50,000 guests a day and a target of 3 million visitors a year.

How big is Cacau Park?

The whole site covers about 7 million m² (roughly 1,700 acres). The theme park itself is only part of it: Wikipedia cites about 950,000 m² of built area and 400,000 m² (about 100 acres) of park. The rest is set aside for hotels, a convention center, shopping and future phases. Official figures for each part have not been published.
